A trough of low pressure is advancing on to the South-west Tasman Sea. The forecast to 5 p.m. on Thursday: Moderate westerlies during tne day. Weather fair and mild, but rain developing in the sounds area. I Luther outlook: Unsettled in South Westland. Mainly fair elsewhere.
