Stockholders and shareholders o. the New Zealand Farmers’ Co-opeia-tive Association of Canterbury Limit'ed, at a special meeting to-day, agreed to a resolution seeking a reduction of the company’s capital from £975,000 to £691,722, by extinguishing a liability of £2 a share not paid up on 141,639 ordinary shares of £2 10s each. The tion allows for the division of 17,551 fully-paid ordinary shares of £2 10s each into five fully-paid shares of 10s each, and also the division of 10,810 unallotted ordinary shares of £2 10s each into five ordinary shares of 10s each.
