George Forffiby (Britain’s ace comedian) is now on the screen of the Opera House, in his latest riot of fun and humour.

"Get Cracking,” an “all-in” or “allout” hilarity show, just packed with laughter. This time George is a corporal in the Home Guard, in which he gets into all kinds of misadventures!. His rush to the railway station on an auto cycle to get possession of a Vickers gun before his rival on a motor cycle, ends up with a head-on A secret weapon he invented to make the world a safe place to live in makes for mirth-provoking entertainment. Then there are three big song hits-, sung in true Formby style: “Under the Blasted Oak"; “Home Guard Blues”; and “Get Cracking”.
