ALL TO LEAVE EGYPT NEXT YEAR. (Rec. 9.40.) LONDON, Nov. 18. A Daily Express correspondent at Cairo states:—Mr. Bevin agreed with Premier Sidky Pasha that all British troops should be out of Cairo, Alexandria and the Nile Delta by March 31, 1947, and from Egypt altogether by September 1, 1947. These evacuation dates were detailed in the latest draft of 'the Anglo-Egyptian Treaty which Mr. Bevin and Sidky Pasha initialled in London at the end of October, and which was published in Cairo oh Sunday. The correspondent pointed, out that the dates were distinctly 'favourable to Egypt, because Britain originally asked for five years in which to complete evacuation.
