HUNDREDS OF LIVES LOST.

(Rec. 7.50 ) MANILA, Nov. 18. At least five hundred are dead and missing following a typhoon, which struck Negros Island. There were heavy floods after the winds, which inundated the Isabela Plain, demolishing some of the villages there, with an estimated population loss of eighty per cent.
