WELLINGTON, Nov. 19.
The weather forecast is as follows: Situation: There is an anti-cyclone centred near Tasmania. There is a deep depression south-west of New Zealand. Forecast to 5 p.m. to-day is for moderate and variable winds, easterlies predominating in the morning and south-wsterlies in the afternoon Weathei' fair to fine in the fai' south; occasional showers elsewhere, becoming less frequent. Temperatures cold. Further outlook: continued improvement.
