(Special to “Argus”) WELLINGTON, August 12. The weather forecast is as follows; Situation: There is a deep depression passing to the south of New Zealand. Pressures are high to the north. Forecast to 5 p.m. pn Tuesday: Northerly to north-westerly winds, reaching strong or whole gale force. Weather overcast, with continuousl heavy rain, and with severe flooding probable. Temperatures moderate. Further outlook; Unsettled with occasional rain.
