beer boycott proposed (Rec. 10.5). SYDNEY, Feb. 14 The New South Wales Labour Council will discuss to-night a “black” ban on all hotels, and a withdrawal of labour from breweries, so as-- to enforce liquor reform. This proposal has been submitted by the Sheet Metal Workers Union, following a mass ’meeting. The Australian Railways Union is also prepared to take strong measures by banning the transport of beer.
