R.A.F. STRIKES

LONDON, January 29. R.A.F. strikes at stations in the East have ended, said the Air Minister, Lord Stansgate, in the Lords. Incidents occurred at twelve R.A.F. stations, eleven of which returned to duty. The men would return to duty at the twelfth station to-morrow. Mr Attlee has personally examined the men’s complaints. Lord Stansgate said he was satisfied the points the men raised were being adequately and carefully dealt with. The general rate of release of about 100,000 men weekly from all the three services was being maintained. WARNING OF DISCIPLINARY ACTION. (Rec. 7.45). LONDON, January 29.
