EUROPEAN ORPHANS
TO GO TO SOUTH AFRICA (Rec.'ll.2o) CAPETOWN, Jan. 30. ■One thousand orphans from Britain and other European Allied countries will be brought to South Africa to became South African citizens. The Department of Social Welfare will administer the scheme, which applies to children aged from two to seven years.
