FRENCH FOOD SHORTAGE
(Rec. 7.10) LONDON, Jan. 28. A Reuter correspondent at Faris stated: The French Cabinet appointed the Socialist, Leon Blum, as an ambassador extraordinary to undertake economic missions abroad to improve the French food situation. It is believed M. Blum will shortly be leaving for Washington.
