SYDNEY SAFE-BREAKERS

CONTINUE OPERATIONS. (Rec. 11.30). SYDNEY, January 28. A wave of safe-breaking and burglary is sweeping Sydney. Following the theft of two thousand pounds during the week-end, two more cases have been reported. A safe containing four hundred pounds in cash and cheques was stolen from a hotel in Camden by thieves, who escaped with the loot in a fast car. Nearly four hundred pounds in cash| and jewellery was also taken from a house at Oatley.
