ANOTHER CUT CERTAIN LONDON, May 11. It is certain that as a result of the world food shortage Britain s rations will have to be cut. The Food •Minister (Colonel J. J- .Llewellyn), and the Minister of Production (Mi Oliver Lyttelton) gained some success in the recent discussions with officials in the United States and Canada but not enough to keep meat supplies at the present level, states the “Daily Express.” On their return thev conferred with the rationing chiefs on how the cut can be applied without undue hardship.
