(Special to “Argus”) ' p.A. WELLINGTON, April 1. The weather forecast is as follows: Situation: There is an anti-cyclone over, and east of, the North Island. There is a depression in the central Tasman Sea. Forecast to 5 p.m. on Monday: Moderate to fresh northeasterly winds, later becoming strong. Weather overcast; intermittent rain, heavy at times, especially in Ihe south. Temperatures moderate. Further outlook: Weather improving from th e south during Tuesday.
