Opera House Finally To-night: “Let’s Face It.” Nex't Attraction, commencing _ tomorrow (Tuesday): “Slightly Terrific” and “Weird Woman”. "SLIGHTLY TERRIFY” 1 As gay and bright as Springtime, and just as welcome are funny man Leon Errol, Anne Rooney, Betty Kean,. Ray Malone and Eddie Quillan in the musical comedy hit “Slightly Terrific” commencing at the Opera House to-morrow (Tuesday). Story of "Slightly Terrific” concerns the attempts of a group of earnest young entertainers to land their musical show on Broadway, a project that is made no simpler by Errol’s wellmeaning but poorly-directed energies in their behalf. The dancing wizardry of young Ray Malone and the wholesome clowning of Betty Kean are exceptional. "WEIRD WOMAN” Latest in the film series of Inner Sanctum mysteries, is “Weird Woman” with Lon Chaney in the leading role, and supported by Anne Gwynne, Evelyn Ankers, Ralph Morgan and Lois Collier, commencing at the Opera House to-morrow (Tuesday). The story of “Weird Woman” deals with disturbing psychological conflicts introduced into the quiet, academic life of Chaney, a studiousminded sociology professor, after he returns to his college from a research expedition to a tropic isle, bringing with him as his bride an exotic beauty of mysterious origin. A seemingly inexplicable series of tragedies ensues, solved only when Chaney explores the field of primitive superstitions by which the malefactor has trapped his victims. The denouement is; arrived at most adroitly. Regent Theatre Now Showing: “My Friend Flicka,” starring Roddy McDowall, Preston Foster and Rita Johnson.
