OVERSEAS’ MAIL P.A. WELLINGTON, Feb. 16 The Postmaster-General (Mr. P. C. Webb), said to-day that letters, postcards, and commercial papers to a maximum weight of two ounces each may now be forwarded to Bulgaua. Business and financial letters must b 6 confined to communications asceita’ining facts and exchanging mior-
mation. Letters for the province of Pesaro in Italy, and non illustrated postcards of a personal or family nature for - Crete will also now be accepted. The Minister added that business letters may now be forwarded to the
liberated parts .of Holland. Such communications must, however be X ascertaini «g facts with a view to future resumption of business relationships. The resumption of trade with these countries was not yet permissible.
