STOCKTON MINE

WORKERS AND MANAGEMENT CONFER. WESTFORT, Nov. 23. The Stockton State mine was idle to-day, when matters of a domenature to both the workers and the management were discussed. It is understood that an adjustment of each matter was made satisfactorily with the result that the mine will resume to-morrow. The m’ne manager, Mr T. McGhie, said this evening the matters dealt with were of importance to both parties and there was no reflection on the miners ioi the mine being idle.
