FINLAND’S DECISION
LONDON, July 2
Reporting a broadcast by M. Linkomies to the Finns, the Berlin radio stated that Linkomies declared Finland, because of the generous German aid, would lay down her arms only in full agreement with Germany. Linkomies added: Russia demands our capitulation, after which a peace would be dictated which would not guard even our elementary rights. The Finns as a free people have to fight as long as they are. strong enough.
