HITLER’S VOICE
(Rec. 11.0.) LONDON, July 3. Hitler’s speech on the occasion of General Dietl’s funeral was broadcast throughout Germany from a recording. says the “Dailv Mail.” It adds: British monitors declare his voice was different, and that he sounded like a< man weighed down under a burden. He began his speech hesitantly. as though he found difficulty in speaking, and paused frequently. He seemed to warm up near the end.
