The following were the scores in the first round of the Dewar Cup, played at the Kaiata links at the week-end:—Hill and Caulton, all square; Foster, 2 down; Stopforth, 3 down; Davis and Jacobs. 4 down; Lindley. McKechnie and Chivers, 5 down;'Moss and TJoustridge, 6 down; Mitchell, 7 down; Tindale, 8 down; Woodhouse, 9 down; Walters, lb and Davis (holders') finisned all square with Lindley and Woodhouse for the Mitchell Buttons.
