BOMBER FALLS ON HOUSE
(Rec. 9.5) NEW YORK, April 29. Three civilians were burned to death and five of a reported crew of eight members were killed, when an Army bomber crashed on a house in Memphis, Tennessee. The house was destroyed when the petrol tank exploded. Two neighbouring houses Were damaged by fire. ANOTHER CRASH'. (Rec. 12.5.) NEW YORK. April 30. LATER. Nineteen people were killed and four- were injured when a United States Navy transport ’plane crashed into a flagstaff in Arizona.
