.INQUEST ON WOMAN. DUNEDIN, March 31. At the inquest on the unidentified body of a woman washed up at St. Clair, in an advanced state of decomposition, the Coroner found there was insufficient evidence of identity, of the cause of death. The police gave evidence that •on November 9 a woman was reported missing, and clothing was found about 400 yards, from where the body was found. Also, on December 8, a girl aged 17, was drowned in the 1 surf about a mile from the spot. The remains might be those of one of these two women.
