FOUND NOT GUILTY
SECOND TRIAL OF MOTORIST. P.A. NEW PLYMOUTH, Feb. 24. The re-trial of William Mullally, of Stratford, on a charge of negligent, driving, causing the death of Peter J. S. Woods, aged 14, of Johnsonville, resulted in the acquittal of the accused in the Supreme Court. Woods, who was riding a bicycle, was struck near Normanby bv Mullally’s truck travelling in the same direction. The , jury disagreed at the original trial.
