SECOND TRIAL OF MOTORIST. P.A. NEW PLYMOUTH, Feb. 24. The re-trial of William Mullally, of Stratford, on a charge of negligent, driving, causing the death of Peter J. S. Woods, aged 14, of Johnsonville, resulted in the acquittal of the accused in the Supreme Court.
