AGAINST EXECUTING WAR PRISONER. (Rec. 12.0.) LONDON, Dec. 21. The Algiers radio announced that Lieutenant, Masse, a son of General Masse, who was Resident General in Tunisia, will be executed by the Germans to-day. Lieutenant Masse is a prisoner of war who escaped and was recaptured. M.
