JAPAN’S WAR EFFORT
NEW PROGRAMME NEW YORK, Nov. 28. According to the Tokio radio, Prime Minister To, jo’s Cabinet, has formulated a ten-point programme which is “absolutely indispensable to meet the exigencies of the present war situation.” The points include an immediate' substantial increase in aeroplane production, increase of production in the industrial and food fields, and strengthening of Nippon’s defence against air attacks.
