OFFICER’S BODY FOUND. AUCKLAND, Nov. 27. The body of Captain in. M. Louisson was found to-day above the Aratiatia Rapids, on the Waikato River, after he had been missing for twentythree days. COMPANY MANAGER FOUND GUILTY. DUNEDIN, Nov. 26. After a hearing occupying five days the trial of Stanley Reginald Burns, company director, formerly of Dunedin, on six charges of false pretences and six charges relating to the publication of false balance-sheets, ended in the Supreme Court to-night. The jury, after a retirement of s'x hours and a half, found Burns guilty on two of the major counts, one in respect of a 1938 balance-sheet, and the other in respect of a 1939 balancesheet.
