LEAGUE FOOTBALL

DELEGATES’ MEETING. A delegates’ meeting of the West Coast Rugby League was held last evening. Mr J. Stokes presided, also present being Messrs A. Kyle, J. Griffen, W. Meates, J. Kidd,- J. Anisy, W. Moore (J'unior Advisory Board), P. Sweetman (Secretary), and the following delegates: Messi's M.'Power and W. Gilbert (Marist), K. C’eagh and J. Thompson (Brunner), W. Schafer and C. Mbuntford (Blackball) and J. Gibson (Ngahere). A challenge was received from Runanga for the Challenge Shield held by Blackball. It was decided that teams with the bye be given permission to plaj' at Reefton, Reefton to play at Greymouth every alternate Sunday for the remainder of the championshp. A referees’ meeting was set down for next Tuesday evening, with the Management Committee.

The following are the fixtures for Sunday:—Senior, Ngahere v Marist, at Ngahere, 2.45 p.m. (Referee Mr W. Allen); Blackball v. Brunner at Brunner (Mr A. Kennedy). Third Grade: Marist v. Brunner at Brunner (Mr L. Kinsella); Runanga v Blackball, at Runanga (Mr P Sweet-1 man).
