REEFTON NOTES
(Our Own Correspondent.) REEFTON; May 14.
Mrs R. May and family are on a visit to the former’s father, Mr T. O’Donnell. ' Mrs Braeme and Miss Nancy Black of Motueka are visiting friends in Reefton.
Miss D. Blackmore of Wellington h.as arrived to spend the holidays with her mother.
Mr and Mrs Burchfield of Wellington, arrived to be present at the funeral of the latter’s late aunt, Miss C. Morris.
Miss E. Moore, a former school teacher here, has left on return to Wellington. Miss Maraea Tu Pou of Rotorua is visiting Reefton as the guest of Mr and Mrs J. Barnett. Mr, Robert Salmon has arrived from Dunedin to spend the holidays with his parents. Miss P. Dreen leaves to-morrow morning for Hokitika, where she has accepted a position on the nursing staff there. Mr W. Poulter returned from Christchurch to-day, accompanied by his daughter, who is nursing at Rotorua. Mrs J. Blackmore .and daughter have returned from Christchurch. Mr and Mrs D. W. Robertson and Misses B. and K. Robertson have left for Westport. Mr T. Bond of Greymouth has been in Reefton on official business.
