POST-WAR CZECHOSLOVAKIA. (Rec. 8.30.) WASHINGTON. May 14. Addressing the Senate, Dr. Benes promised that Czechoslovakia would be reconstructed after the war and a democracy devoted to the ideal of peaceful international collaboration.
