GOEBBEL’S COMMENT. LONDON, March 12. “The military crisis in the East which confronted Germany and her allies during the winter has resulted in not inconsiderable loss of conquered territory, equipment, and human life,” sa'ys Goebbels in an article in “Das Reich.” These losses are not so high as to endanger future operations, but high enough to cause considerable difficulties. The situation on the east front has now changed in our favour, but the pain and anxiety of the dark winter months must be bur companions also during the coming months. Germany’s national strength must be exploited to the utmost. '■
