ALLIED BOMBINGS. RUGBY, March 23. An Indian joint communique states: On Monday the R.A.F._ was active over several parts of Burma. A strong formation of Blenheims attacked an important Japanese transit' camp at Prome, with high'explosive and incendiaries. Many hits were observed on the target, and fires were left burning. The camp was also attacked by fighters. In the Arakan, enemy positions at Laungehaung and Kelachaung were bombed and machine-gunned, and bombs were also dropped on Akyab Iff the Katha district, objectives at Sinbo wer e attacked and large fires started. On Monday night Hudsons bombed dispersal areas at the Magwe aerodrome. None of our aircraft is missing. R.A.F. ATTACKS. (Rec. 11.40.) .LONDON, March 24 . A communique from India stated: The Royal ' Air Force yesterday bombed Japanese positions at Dombaik and also attacked supply craft on the Kalaman River, and inflicted casualties on enemy troops.
