U-BOAT packs
Off South America (Rec. 9.5) WASHINGTON, Jan. 22. The United Press Agency says: Üboats, which, before the North African invasion were expelled from .South American waters, have now returned. They are prowling offshore. Their packs sometimes number as many as from twenty to thirty. BRAZIL AIR FORCE RECENT BAG OF U-BOATS (Rec. 9 p.m.) RIO DE JANEIRO, Jan. 21. It is officially announced here that the Brazilian Air Force had sunk five Axis submarines up to the end ot November for the loss of one plane.
