CONTINUES IN CANADA. OTTAWA, Jan. 20. The Canadian Press says the prospects were dim to-day for a settlement of the steel strike, which has tied up Canada’s largest steel plants. The United Steelworkers of America notified the Government that the workers are • unlikely to accept its settlement plan.
