FODDER SHORTAGE
IN GERMANY. (Rec. 1.5 > NEW YORK, Nov. 21. The “New York Times" correspondent at Stockholm states he learns that a fodder shortage is compelling Germans to slaughter an unprecedented number of cattle. Authorities recently ordered peasants kill all cattle that cannot be fed by'fodder produced on the farm.
