DEPENDS ON SHIPPING SPACE.

He warned the public that with the demands on snipping what they were- he would have to make other reductions later. The supply of food must depend on the shipping available, and he had just reduced his demands for space because of the greater proportion reouired for the direct prosecution ot the war.
