The War Purposes Committee of the Joint Council of the Order of St. John and the New Zealand Red Cross Society reports that its activities for the past month have been as usual, most varied, and, in addition to the packing of food parcels for prisoners of war, several cases of comforts and hospital equipment for the sick and wounded had left the Dominion as opportunity offered.
