thousand miles. A reduction of petrol consumption to 170- : mitos monthly begins in Southern Rhodesiaon June 1. Paper control regulations are shortly being enforced, to reduce dailies' 55 ner cent.., week end issues GO per cent., weeklies 50 per cent., and magazines 40 per cent.
