DIED OF BURNS
ASHBUKION WOMAN. P.A. ASHBURTON, July 26. Mrs Gertrude Wilkinson, aged 62,
died this afternoon as the result of burns on the face and body received ■yesterday afternoon when her dress caught fire at her home. Mrs Wilkinson was sitting in front of a fire and apparently reached uo to the mantlepiece when the accident happened
