No Big Changes in the Front LATEST RUSSIAN REPORT. [Aus. & N.Z. Cable Assn.] (Rec. 1.10). LONDON, Ju?/ 21. Despite the fact tnat violent battles have been in progress in four main sectors ot the front, the Russian nignt communique on Sunday again claims that there has teen no important change. Neither side nas mentioned new place names recently. This fact appears to confirm this statement. It has been noticed also that the Russians for the second time, mention bad weather, as they did on Friday.
