U.S.A. Should Keep Out ALLIES’ PROFESSIONS QUESTIONED. MADRID. Julv 17. A warning to the Un.ted States not to interfere in the European struggle against Bolshevism was g.ven o> General Franco in a speech to the Falangist Party Council on the anniversary of the Span sn Givi! War. General Franco stated that a war between Europe and America would be catastrophic for America. The German attack against Russia, he said, would have no decisive influence upon the fact that the Allies were unable to win. He described the Allies’ professed policy of liberating invaded mu ons as being farcical. General Franco added that Spain was remaining independent. She was reiving on her army and on the Falangist Party.
