PARENTS PLEASE NOTE
In a recent communication from the Minister of Education to the Federation of Labour the information was given that the Government intended shortly to get out a new set of primary school books. The new issue is stated to be a very fine one. Although the books are to be charged for, parents who cannot afford to pay for them are invited to make application to the headmaster of the school, the Secretary of the Education Board, or the School Committee, and free text books and stationery will be supplied. The above information is offered to those parents whose circumstances are such as to warrant free books and stationery for their children.
