lOur Own Correspondent! REEFTON February 11. An accident happened to Mr Walter Nelson, a porter employed at Inangahua Junction railway station, on Saturday. He was unloading a truck and the cargo he was handling was very heavy. One piece slipped from his hands and struck him on the left leg, breaking it in two places. He was brought into hospital as soon as possible, where he had his injuries attended to.

Mr F. Cutbush, who has been visiting Christchurch, where he spent a couple of weeks, has returned.
