Agreement Extended [Aus. & N.Z. Cable Assn.] (Received January 1, 9.40 p.m.). BERLIN. December 31. The Moscow correspondent of the D.NB. News Service states: “Diplomats at Moscow believe that an extension of. the Russian- Japanese agreement will be signed shortly, in view of several' recent that -have been held between Mr Tatakawa (Japanese Ambassador) and the Soviet Commissar of Foreign Affairs, M. Molotov. FISHING AGREEMENT. (Received J’anuary 1, 7.50 p.m.) MOSCOW, December 31. Diplomatic sources here state that the Soviet Government has agreed to prolong the Russian-Japanese fishing agreement.
