COAL TRIBUNALS
Australia’s War Time Move lAus. & N.Z. Cable Assn. l (Received December 12. 5.5 p.m., MELBOURNE, October li. The Prime Minister, Mr. R. G. Menzies, announced to-day the establishment of special tribunals for the coaj industry. These tribunals will include a Central Reference Board, which will have the power to make decisions having the effect of awards, and also Local Reference Boards, in each of the six principal coal districts of Australia. The Central Board will be presided over -y an Arbitration Court Judge, and will include three nominees of the employers and three of the employees.
