Another Vote in Parliament (Received September 10 8.40 p.m.) CAPETOWN, September 10. In the Union Assembly, General Hertzog moved a' motion that the Speaker be given the power to convene Parliament if he thought it to be expedient, after consulting the Prime Minister. The motion was defeated by 82 votes to 75.
