The Labour Minister, Mr Bevin, has formed panels of eight employers’ and workers’ representatives from which wi l ! be drawn one representative of employers and one of workers to sit with three appointed members on a National Arbitration Tribunal, being -«t up to deal with industrial disputes. The chairman of the tribunal will be Sir Gavin Turnbull Simonds, one of the appointed members.
