BEING REPATRIATED. VICHY,'JuIy 3(j. General Weygand, who is now Defence Minister, has announced the* demobilisation of the French armies in Syria and North Africa. Several ships have been chartered, to try to repatriate those in Syria. FRENCH ADMIRALS. PROTEST AT BRITISH DETENTION. VICHY, July 30. The French Government has protested against the detention of Admirals Cayot and Vihaine, the commanders of French ships in British ports when the armistice was signed. POLISH RECOGNITION. LONDON.
