WELLINGTON, July 3L In I lip House, on the suggestion of the Leader of the Opposition, the Insurance Companies' Bill was read a second time pro forma, and was referred to the Statutes Revision Committee. Mr Hamilton pointed out that such a course would enable further consideration of the measure by tlio interested parties.
