200,000 GIFT
By N.Z. Insurance Coy. TOWARDS WAR EXPENSES. WELLINGTON, March 20. Hon. W. Nash received to-day a cheque for £200,000, representing a cash gift towards the war expenses fund from the New Zealand Insurance Company, Auckland. This generous action, he said, was much appreciated, and the Government sincerely thanks the company for its splendid gift.
