£110 MILLIONS A MONTH
French Defence Outlay (Received March 14, 9.20 p.m.) PARIS, March 14. The Financial Committee of the Chamber of Deputies has voted 330 millions sterling for national defence during the second quarter of 1940. Of this sum 170 millions is' for costs of construction and for supplies of new war material. The rest, 160 millions, is for the fighting forces.
